DanialMedicare is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.

You must be at least eighteen and a resident of the United States to create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Tell DanialMedicare promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for activity that takes place under your account

• Email or mail requests to stop contact are honored as well

Plan availability, premiums, benefits and networks are set by insurance carriers and may change at any time. Submitting a form does not enroll you in a plan or guarantee that coverage will be offered or approved. Final eligibility and pricing are determined by the carrier.

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you will not:

• Submit false information or information about another person without permission
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the site
• Copy, scrape or resell site content without written permission

The site may reference or link to insurance carriers and other outside websites. DanialMedicare does not control those parties and is not responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.
